How to process and produce PVC particles

The processing and production of PVC particles usually includes the following steps:
Preparation of basic materials. Firstly, PVC resin powder is required as the base material.
Add additives. Add various additives such as heat stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, impact modifiers, processing aids, and fillers to PVC resin powder.
Mix evenly. Use high-speed mixing equipment to mix the base materials and additives evenly.
Plasticization processing. Put the mixed materials into the extrusion equipment or injection molding machine for plasticization processing.
Mold forming. Using molds to shape plasticized materials into specific shapes, such as cylindrical or flat circular lines.
Cutting and cooling. The formed material is cut into small particles by a blade and then cooled for packaging.
In addition, according to the different content of plasticizers in PVC particles, PVC particles can be divided into two types: hard and soft. The processing methods for hard PVC particles are mainly extrusion and injection molding, while the processing methods for soft PVC particles are relatively simple, making both extrusion and injection molding easier.
