    90 ℃ polyolefin low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheathed cable material, using imported EVA and PE base resins, adding high-quality halogen-free flame retardants such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, the product meets the national standard GB/T32129-2015.
    Our company's products have excellent processing performance, good fluidity, fast extrusion speed, and stable extrusion outer diameter. They are widely used in power cables, control cables, fiber optic cables, network cables, RG coaxial cables, etc. They are particularly suitable for large public facilities that require high flame retardancy, such as subways, high-rise buildings, airports, nuclear power plants, as well as large petrochemical refining enterprises and chemical enterprises. Once the cables used in these facilities are burned, they can be quickly flame retardant and extinguished, with only a very small amount of smoke emissions and no corrosive or harmful gases produced, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety.

    Packing
    1. The product is a natural color (or user specified color) cylindrical particle without impurities
    2. Specification: 25kg/bag or 1 ton/bag (customized according to customer requirements)
    3. Moisture resistant double-layer packaging: inner aluminum foil bag, outer kraft paper bag (or customer specified packaging)
    4. Shelf life: Unopened for six months, opened for one month, and dried at 80 ℃ for 2-4 hours before use.
    Processing technology
    1. Dry at 80 ℃ for 2-4 hours before use.
    2. When pouring materials, be careful not to bring in any miscellaneous items.
    3. It is recommended to use low smoke and halogen-free specialized screws, with a compression ratio of 1.2-1.5 and normal cooling function of the equipment.
    4. The eye mold adopts an extrusion or semi extrusion type
    5. Reference processing temperature: (reduce the processing temperature of the sheath by 5-10 degrees)
