  • Product Description 
    This material is based on rubber type chlorinated polyethylene and mixed with flame retardant and anti-static additives. This product has good wear resistance, heat resistance, sun exposure resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and excellent flame retardancy, anti-static properties, etc. And the product has a major feature of no irritating odor during vulcanization. 
    Product Usage 
    The outer layer of XJG-SK rubber hose is the protective layer of the rubber hose, which is used for rubber hoses with flame retardant and anti-static requirements, such as high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses, automotive rubber hoses, fuel dispenser rubber hoses, etc. It is mainly used for rubber hoses in coal mines to prevent the generation of static sparks and underground fires.

    Processing process parameters
    Extrusion: Put the chlorinated polyethylene rubber hose mixture into the feeding port of the extruder and extrude it.
    Extrusion temperature: 60-80 ℃
    Sulfurization process: Vulcanization tank type, suitable for cloth, lead, and plastic vulcanization processes.
    Sulfurization conditions: 151 ℃ for 50-60 minutes
    Packaging and Storage
    The material has a rectangular film shape (which can also be packaged and changed according to user requirements), and should be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
