Product Description
This material is based on rubber type chlorinated polyethylene and mixed with other additives. This product has good wear resistance, heat resistance, sun exposure resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and excellent low temperature and ozone resistance. Processing process parameters
Extrusion: Put the chlorinated polyethylene rubber hose mixture into the feeding port of the extruder and extrude it.
Extrusion temperature: 60-80 ℃
Sulfurization process: Vulcanization tank type, suitable for cloth, lead, and plastic vulcanization processes.
Sulfurization conditions: 151 ℃ for 50-60 minutes
Packaging and Storage
The material has a rectangular film shape (which can also be packaged and changed according to user requirements), and should be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
