  • Description
  • Product Description
    This material is based on chlorinated polyethylene and mixed with other additives. It has flame retardancy, oil resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, and good mechanical properties. Equivalent to the XH-01A type sheath in GB7594-87 standard and the SE4 type sheath rubber in GB5013.1-2008, which generally does not flame retardant rubber sheath at 65 ° C. Due to its excellent performance, good extrusion appearance, and low cost, it has become an ideal substitute for rubber sheaths based on chloroprene rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber.
    Product Usage
    Universal rubber sheathed cable products can be used as cable sheaths in medium-sized YZW (245IEC57) and heavy-duty YCW (245IEC66) outdoor applications; Outer sheath of round cable YSF (245IEC58) and flat cable YSFB (245IEC58f) for decorative circuits; Outer sheath of elevator cable YTF (245IEC75); The outer sheath of welding machine cable YHF (245IEC82) and other cables with similar requirements.

    Processing process parameters
    It is recommended to use CV (continuous vulcanization) production line for extrusion production.
    Extruder compression ratio: 1.1:1 to 1.5:1;
    Extruder length to diameter ratio: 6:1 to 16:1 (if it is less than 10:1, it is recommended to use hot feed);
    Extruder temperature: 65-85 ℃;
    Sulfurization temperature: 165-185 ℃.
    Packaging and Storage
    The material has a rectangular film shape (which can also be packaged and changed according to customer requirements), and should be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
