  • Description
  • Product Description
    The XJ-30D type 90 ℃ ethylene propylene rubber insulation material produced by our company is based on ternary ethylene propylene rubber as the basic material, supplemented with reinforcing agents, softeners, fillers, anti-aging agents, vulcanizing agents, etc., which are fully mixed by an internal mixer. It is used for the insulation layer of wires and cables, equivalent to the XJ-30A type product in GB7594-87 standard. This product has excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance, and electrical insulation properties, and is easy to process and store.
    Product Usage
    This product can be used as an insulation material for ship cables, motor and electrical outlet wires, and heat-resistant connection wires for electrical appliances with a voltage of 1 kV and below. It can be used for a long time at temperatures ranging from -40 to 90 ℃. This material has high flexibility, is easier to bend and move, and is convenient for cable installation and laying. The color is originally white, but other color products can also be provided according to user requirements.

    Processing process parameters
    It can be extruded and produced on a regular rubber extruder, and it is recommended to use a CV (continuous vulcanization) production line.
    Extruder compression ratio: 1.1:1 to 1.5:1;
    Extruder length to diameter ratio: 6:1 to 16:1;
    Temperature setting: 70-90 ℃
    Sulfurization temperature: It is recommended to maintain a temperature of 180-200 ℃ inside the vulcanization tube
    Packaging and Storage
    The product is packaged in cardboard boxes and lined with polyethylene bags. The film shape is continuous film or provided according to user requirements, with a net weight of 25Kg per box and 20 bags as one supply unit. The safe use period at room temperature is one year. The product should be stored in a clean, dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse.
